Hot off the press, this house just came on the market. Our agent previewed it and said it was nice.

She will be showing it to me at 2pm. I am eager to see it!

It has pros and cons. The location is not the one we've been eyeing most recently, but still pretty good (and very "desireable," which is always considerable for resale). I'll post more about it once I see it.
