Yes. Very comfortable. I still have chronic neck and upper back pain from my car accident what, 6 or 7 years ago? I can't sling my babies very well, so G. has to make up for it. But the Ergo...I can wear that, sometimes for an hour or longer without any pain at all. And of course people without my injury could easily wear it for a good portion of the day. It's just great!
